Bose should be ashamed of themselves but at corporate level not the poor souls who have to deal with all the flack created by the policies and procedures put in place by the senior managers and directors.
I've been waiting for my purchase since the first week in January having ordered it just after Christmas and all attempts at finding out what is happening with the delivery result in lots of apologies but no specific information.
It seems to me that Bose is hiding behind a lot of waffle on their website about the parlous state of their logistics policy and in their cosy corporate world all is OK but like myself and I'm sure thousands of other customers waiting for their purchase, the world is far from cosy and all we ask is to be granted some respect and communicate with us, even if it's telling us something we don't want to hear.
Placed a custom order for Bost headphones on Nov. 23. Recieved notification that my order was being processed. Called customer service Dec 12 to ask when order would ship as there was no info about that when I tracked my order. Was informed product would be ready to ship Dec 18th by UPS and I did not have the option to ask and PAY for expedited shipping. Callex back on Dec 18 to check and was informed my custom headphones would be available in 12 weeks. Asked how I was to know that IF I had not called because Bose did not email, call nor update their site where I can track my order. Kept saying to the customer service rep, all Bose needs to do is communicate openly and honestly. Asked to speak to supervisor. Informed supervisor too busy .. but keep phone line open and supervisor will call within 2 to 4 hours. Did that, supervisor called after 7 hours, informed me that effective that day ... Dec 18 Bose was adding notation to their online store stating custom Bose wireless speakers would now take 12 weeks to process. Never got clear info about when my order would be recieved because Bose did charge my debit card the full price for the headphones on Dec 18th. Supervisor said my order would now be shipped via expedited UPS service and customer service reps would be trained. No apology given ... I was just repeatedly informed that custom headphone have a 7 week lead time. Why was that not disclosed BEFORE I placed the order. I promised Bose I would start submitting reviews everyday, every hour UNTIL I recieve my 16 year olds Christmas present which he personally designed and has been so looking forward to recieve. As a back up I ordered some Beats headphones on Dec 18 for $400 just in case the Bose ones (which cost me ~$300) never arrive. Can't believe Bose cost me this much money.
I do not recommend dealing with Bose.

Exhausting. My nearly 300 dollar quietcomfort earbuds stopped connecting to my phone, called and did every update available and everything to do, still won’t work. I try again. Works. And then every so often it’ll drop connection and then reconnect. Now my sound link revolve won’t work either. I do not recommend any products from Bose as they are not nearly worth the ridiculous prices for poor quality and customer service. I would highly HIGHLY recommend beats, apple, or Sony. Although beats can be a bit expensive, the customer service is superb compared to Bose and I’ve never had issues with my headphones

I would not recommend any purchase from Bose directly. They do not have the logistics or the people to fulfill their orders and do not provide accurate or honest information on their website.

No updates to their website or any meaningful information about the status of an order. I purchased while items were in stock. I ordered a sound bar and base module. They shipped one item but not both. No new order number or tracking number to follow the 2nd item, no updates. Website still showed in stock for weeks after my purchase, so I guess orders just keep stacking up with no ability to deliver. Funny how you can just pick up at an authorized retailer or Amazon but not get it from Bose direct!

This company has outstanding after sales service and stands by its products.
I ordered a cushion set for my Bose headphone on Jan 31st and they sent the product. But because of some issues, I didn't get the product. I contacted customer care for the resolution. I wanted a refund. they never sent the product or refund. they simply asking to wait.
very bad customer care. if it amazon, they would have given the refund already. so poor customer care.
I ordered the QUIETCOMFORT® 35 HEADPHONES EAR CUSHION KIT on Jan 31.
Returned Bose Sleep buds for a refund due to issues, used their shipping label, have called twice and now they tell me that they have no record of receiving them and it’s been too long to track package. Terrible service, why wasn’t this mentioned at first call. Document everything and keep calling frequently if you have a problem.
I have been using Bose headphones for almost a year now. Noise cancellation is the best thing for using a headphone. Got it on discount on amazon.
Bought a home speaker for 500 bucks, a month later it's stuck on its own software update endlessly looping for eternity.
I've had problems with other bramd speakers before and it's understandable to have errors in your products. But what's frustrating and torally unacceptable is how little they care about their customers. The customer service is in fact non-existant. I literally can't get a single reply from them, whether it's in the forum, email, facebook and even phone calls!
I'm not even exaggerating in saying that 1 star is too high of a review. Please, I strongly advise everyone reading this NOT to buy any of their products unless you are willing to take a risk on not having any customer support.
Worst regards to Bose.
Ordered from Bose on 5th Jan. Cancelled it same day and they said it won't ship and I won't be charged.
on 19th Jan I get an email to say it's shipped and I've been charged.

I have had my Bose AE2W headphones for over 5 years now, I have recently replaced the ear pads after years using the original ones! Very good build quality, very comfortable and I have had many friends tell me they sound really good, better than those rivals like Beats. These headphones work exactly the same as when they were new and I’ve never once had an issue with them, would definitely recommend their products!
